Paul Van hove is a Senior Interim Executive (CRO, CTrO, COO, CPO) with over 25 years of leadership experience in capital-intensive industrial, aerospace & defense, automotive, petrochem, technology and services groups. Operating both in Private Equity and professionally governed environments, Paul is repeatedly mandated to stabilize performance, restructure supply chains, and lead complex operational turnarounds.

He operates at the intersection of shareholder expectations and operational reality, aligning strategy, capital allocation, and procurement discipline to deliver rapid EBITDA improvement and working capital release. Paul is known for his ability to diagnose root causes rapidly, mediate complex stakeholder conflicts, and bridge the gap between boardroom strategy and shop-floor execution—ensuring organizations are structurally sound and prepared for their next ownership phase.

He is also active in startup and scaleup (Advisory) Boards, helping organizations gain new insights, getting vision and strategy, setting up their governance and advise them how to solve business problems or explore new opportunities, overall making them stronger and lifting them to a higher level.
