  • After gaining recognition as procurement, production, logistics & supply chain manager, Luc stepped into strategic, high level positions in “Operations” & General Management. He showed strong flexibility to work in different cultures in Europe & Asia, in multinationals & SME’s, in listed and family & venture capitalists owned companies. He built expertise in outsourcing / offshoring / designing supply chains & flows including “make or buy” analysis / factory assessments (subsidiaries, suppliers, M&A targets, potential partners) / market studies.
  • In 2011, Luc chose for change and took on interim management. Since then, he held positions as General Manager, Directeur Général, Operations Manager, Crisis Manager, Project Coordinator, Change Manager, Group Supply Chain & Operational Excellence Manager, Logistics & Supply Chain Manager ….. and advised companies on international partnerships, business & market development.
  • Luc is confident in any production environment and gained experience in very different sectors : Food & Beverages, Medical Nutrition, Electric Household Appliances, Automotive, Mining & Processing, Garden & Home Decoration, Building Materials, Textile & Fashion…..
  • Luc has a hands-on “Entrepreneurial” mindset and shows a strong drive, out of the box thinking, always focused on creating the best possible value chain for his client’s customers. At the same time a people manager, direct, no nonsense, but always respectful and motivational.

    • Strategic & Operational analysis : translate complexity in simple but clear recommendations/action plan
    • Improvements and/or transition – after approval by the board/CEO – via change management
    • On the floor implementation while assuring long term acceptance/continuity by team building & defining processes, procedures & KPI
